On April 13, 2026, I had a great experience with this doctor. I came in with an ear problem that was very uncomfortable, and she treated me with so much care and patience. She listened to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made me feel calm and safe. Her professionalism and kindness truly made a difference. Thanks to her, I feel much better now. I highly recommend her to anyone dealing with ear issues!
I have been to multiple Minute Clinics over the years for ear wax removal. Results were always good. This time I ended up with a double ear infection. Symptoms were clearly present the following day. I went for help the following day to Urgent Care. The PA couldn’t even see my left ear drum - & that was the ear the Minute Clinic nurse said had very little wax.
Same day booking, clear and efficient instructions, no wait once I showed up, great doctor.
The people working there were extremely nice and personable! They explained the process and what I should expect next!
The nurse was extremely wonderful and helpful, not only did she get right to it, she managed to provide an additional service and was very helpful in correcting what services I needed.

There was waiting time and it was easy to make an appointment. Also, I from out of town and was glad they took my out of state insurance.
