My NP nurse was The Provider. She is a super professional, very friendly and very competent! She refused to finish until she removed all wax from both ears. The left ear had an enormous amount of hardened wax that was difficult to remove without extra effort.
The doctor is super nice and helpful and answered all our questions clearly.
I came in for ear wax removal. It was very painless. I knew how much was in there, so I was not surprised that my right ear needed a few tries to get it out.
