Facility was clean, nurse was on time and I thought she was thorough.
Providera was terrific as always.
I went because I had a boil on my small right toe. The website said this is treated in the clinic. The person would not look at it till a lot of irrelevant questions were asked. She tried to push various vaccines, even when that had nothing to do with the issue. Finally just glanced at the toe and said I need to go to urgent care. For this she charged me $60, and is probably billing the insurance company as well. I felt minute clinic is a scam.
Employees were courteous and professional.
The doctor was great when I finally was seen. My appointment was 10:40 I didn’t get in until 11:45. Waiting over an hour is not great.
I was refused treatment for bronchitis like requested from practitioner and given over the counter allergy medicine. I had to do go to an actual Dr. three days later and was put on appropriate medication. I request refund of 30-dollar dollar co pay.
The health care professional was informative, efficient and answered all my questions. The appointment process was simple and straightforward.
Very formulated enterprise business entity with strong profit focused. The Provider was nice and kind. She was confined in the framework that designed by so called leaders with political purpose. The bottom line is that I didn’t feel been taken care of as a patient.
The system is broken. I made appointment one day in advance, checked in online vialink i recieved and still had to wait for 1 hr as the my check-in did not sync with the system in CVS. People who walkwd in and checked in from CVS got called before me. Dr. Was nice ans skipped her lunch to accommodate me but its not fair to her.
