Very formulated enterprise business entity with strong profit focused. The Provider was nice and kind. She was confined in the framework that designed by so called leaders with political purpose. The bottom line is that I didn’t feel been taken care of as a patient.
The system is broken. I made appointment one day in advance, checked in online vialink i recieved and still had to wait for 1 hr as the my check-in did not sync with the system in CVS. People who walkwd in and checked in from CVS got called before me. Dr. Was nice ans skipped her lunch to accommodate me but its not fair to her.
The nurse practitioner was excellent.

Excellent service from the physician. I had a sore rib after taking medication and she helped look into the situation, which is not uncommon
I received necessary care
Negative: The website and signs at the clinic are misleading because they say "walk-ins welcome" but don't indicate that they are welcome only if the appointment schedule isn't full. I was lucky that someone didn't show up. Otherwise, I would have had to start wandering in search of another clinic. It would be helpful to list the nearest two clinics, maybe in two directions, if there turn out to be no appointments available.
Providera the NP was fantastic. The only issues I have are with the necessity to login and check in on a kiosk, to have to input all your info before you even talk to someone. I just wanted to ask questions first and I had to put in all the info, and I was afraid I would be set up for an appointment and then charged a cancellation fee if all I did was ask questions before the treatment. I also do not like the necessity of having, or using a cell phone before your appointment to do all this. Thankfully Providera was able to update my info in the office, and scan the insurance and all that. What is the point of having to upload your own insurance, etc, if you just require that the practitioner ask for it anyway! I do not like the kiosk situation at all.
I was extremely late for my appointment due to the misguided route of my GPS. The nurse was very compassionate and understanding of the situation. She made me feel comfortable and my test was completed.
