The young woman who helped me was direct, professional, courteous, and personable. The service was excellent.
Kind, caring treatment.
Easy to make an appointment. As always the NP's are excellent. She knew exactly what I needed and when I spoke to my allergist, she concurred. I always feel like I'm in good hands.
This was very convenient for an urgent issue that couldn’t wait for my doctor to open on Monday, but was clearly not at go to the hospital level. The practitioner was very thorough and answered all of my concerns and questions.
NP did not take temperature or weight, however, values were recorded for my visit. Additionally, no laboratory tests were taken, however, they informed me it wasn’t bacterial related. Hard to rule out unless you conduct lab testing. Additionally, I had to repeat multiple times as the NP already had a dx in their mind before hearing all symptoms. Told me multiple times this is why you experience nausea, however, that symptom was not present. NP doesn’t really listen, just sees a few symptoms and already has a diagnosis in mind. Might be right sometimes but would benefit their career and license if they actually listened to patient and recording factual values versus fictions values during exams.
The experience was fast and convenient! I was seen right away.

Nurse practitioner The Provider was efficient, knowledgeable and reassuring. I was seen quickly and was extremely satisfied with the consultation!
I got an appointment the same evening.

I went in to the minute clinic to inquire the cost of the MMR and chickenpox vaccine as well as tuberculosis testing. Without my approval, they created both vaccines and The Provider told me that I had get vaccinated “now or never” because it would be hundreds of dollars to remake the vaccines and my insurance would not cover it, despite me not asking for them to make the vaccines. I had no problem with the getting vaccinated, but not only was staff pushy and disrespectful, they refused to give me a tuberculosis test the same day, even though I asked about it 3 times over and even had Google confirm that a TB test has to be given within a certain number of house after live vaccines, or it can only be given after 28 days. Dr The Provider dismissed this concern and told me that my problems were “mostly mental.” I received both vaccines in the end and [...] said that I could come back tomorrow and get the TB test. I booked an appointment, arrived on time, and when I told the nurse that I had 2 live vaccines the day prior, she said I could not receive the TB test. I had to call my primary doctor and have him confirm that as long as the test was within 24 hours of receiving the vaccines, it likely would not affect the results. I am now concerned for other people who may visit the Minute Clinic and will be put in a similar situation. The Provider did not ask me any questions nor have me sign consent documents. I feel like my desires as a patient were not even a concern.
