Walk-in and waited an hour; reasonable since not scheduled. Very professional and a thorough review of my health issues. She took her time with exam; explained my medical issue and medication I needed to recover.
The nurse / lab tech who administered our vaccines was very competent and pleasant. What was not pleasant was the large bug crawling across the floor. In addition, the bathroom was a mess.
My Provider was the utmost professional. She was patient, caring, and very thorough. I was extremely pleased with our encounter.
The Nurse Practitioner, I believe it was The Provider, did a thorough exam and asked questions. She was very professional and responsive. It was like being with an NP at Penn Medicine
My experience was good overall, but I felt the appointment took longer than necessary. I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment time, only to have someone who checked in after me be seen first. As a result, my appointment started 15 minutes late. However, the PA who saw me was pleasant, professional, and efficient.
The Provider CRNP was very professional, efficient, friendly and compassionate. I felt very comfortable and heard during my visit. She took care of the problem and I left feeling better that I had my lab done and medication. I appreciate the care I received at CVS Minute Clinic!
I like the convenience of the office, but I scheduled an appointment for 4:00 pm and they didn't see me until 4:40. What is the point of an appointment if they take almost an hour past the time to see you? The doctor was very slow and seemed almost judgemental of why I was there and did not give me the impression that they respected my time.
I arrived as a walk-in. I was seen in 5 minutes. The service was very thorough and the nurse was very caring for my needs.
The Doctor, was very helpful and organized and listened to me.
