My appointment was on time, efficient and carried out with excellent customer service.
I waited 3 hours to get a strep test because there was only one practitioner trying to keep up with the scheduled patients & walk-ins.
It was easy to schedule an appointment, and the practitioner was both knowledgeable and caring.
Great health practitioner. Very thorough.

The Provider was awesome
The NP, The Provider, was very kind and empathetic with my daughter. She was thorough and professional. It was a positive experience for her and I appreciate it very much. We went to Minute Clinic few months ago and NP was very rude to my daughter and I explained to her she has anxiety, but it did not make a difference. Yesterday's experience was great.
The nurse was very nice, but she seemed very confused about 2 itchy eyes and one swollen eye lid. I don't think I came in with a rare condion. She suggested I buy a certain eye drop and told me the pharmacist could help me. They didn't know what she meant. I feel like she was using AI to treat me.
