"I knew from a previous Civid Vaccine procedure that I had there, I knew they were up to the task. And they were (two lovely and very knowledgeable young ladies). They helped me from beginning to end to navigate the system which is more and more difficult as I age. I cannot find ANY way they could have been more helpful. As I wrote above, the whole experience rates a 10 out of 10!"
