Great service. Easy to book an appointment.
Nurse practitioner was excellent. However, the pharmacy tech was unbelievably rude.

Great doctor easy and quick on time too
Everything was efficient and right on time. Office was clean. Clinician was very professional, friendly, and helpful.
One area for improvement... During check in, the automated system could not verify my Aetna insurance. I had called Aetna in advance, so I knew it would be covered. But still, when my insurance and the MinuteClinic share the same ownership, it should be possible for the automated system to verify my insurance.
I needed a Hep A shot before heading to South Africa within days. I received it and it was covered by my insurance which I was unaware of.
