very efficient and the nurse was kind
I had an excellent experience and that was fast, very friendly and humanizing, and was overall the best experience I’ve had at a minute clinic or any urgent care for that matter. Would absolutely recommend to others again!
I was told I needed to go purchase supplies for the nurse to use on me in my visit. That alone is a red flag, why did the clinic not have saline solution or eye drops? I had to walk up to the register, purchase the items, and then come back to the room with my receipt.
I was seen by Nurse Practitioner The Provider and it was an excellent experience. She was empathetic, professional and made me feel very comfortable throughout my care. I would highly recommend the Minute Clinic to family and friends.

The physician was really terrible. She was yawning and basically so tired. I did not feel confident with her diagnosis. She presided a zpak for acute bronchitis which really doesn’t event help. I felt the doctor was incapable of providing medical advice and her professional was terrible being she was so tired.
