I really enjoy the convenience, and possibility of getting my monthly b-12 injection at CVS. The Nurse/Practitioners are professional along with caring about me and my needs. My only problem is with the website, double and triple booking appointment times. Several people in the waiting area were impatient and angry about waiting 30 to 45 minutes to get in for their appointments. I honestly feel bad for the Nurse/Practitioners who, through no fault of their own have to deal with patients who are unhappy and consider the wait time a major inconvenience. I wish CVS could do something about it.

It is a class A urgent care facility. The PA was professional, courteous and knowledgeable.
I was able to come and get checked and get my antibiotics all in one place.
I arrived to the minute clinic 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment. The Dr flung the door open while still sitting in her chair and called my name. I walked into the room to not be greeted after I said “Hello how are you”. All I got was “insurance and id” The lack of bedside manner was wild to me. I work in healthcare and I understand that every patient can bring you a different challenge. However when going into the next patient you need to put all those feels aside and start fresh. I felt extremely uncomfortable the whole time in the exam due to this lack of bedside manner. Due to this I will never return to a minute clinic. Beyond upset at the service and the fact I had to pay the $40 for this type of behaviour.
