My time at the MinuteClinic was very fast and effective straight to the point and answered all concerns. I appreciate it how knowledgeable the pharmacist/doctor/nurse practitioner was. She was very compassionate.
Everything went well from start to finish. Friendly, informative and thorough.

The CNP who took care of me was very nice and helpful. I did have trouble trying to schedule an appointment online. When it asked me what service I needed it didn't allow me to type in Ear Wax Removal, and that was not one of the choices. I did have trouble again signing in at the CVA by me. I was waiting and, after the CNP brought in a man who was waiting, she came back out and asked me if I had signed in at the kiosk. I said yes, and gave my appointment time. She asked me to do it again because it did not go through.
I went to the CVS MinuteClinic because it was a matter of convenience however, I was quite disappointed with the care I received I had an extremely inflamed throat and difficulty swallowing. I was not prescribed any medication other than to go home and take aspirin. I followed up with my primary care doctor the next day who immediately prescribed me antibiotics as well as steroids. I felt better within 24 hours. I wish they would’ve prescribed more medication, going home and taking aspirin was unsatisfactory
I needed a service. Minute clinic provided that service immediately.
It was quick and efficient for something we knew was going on.
The doc that I met with actually brought me in early which is a big plus. Seemed very intelligent and was quick. Explained everything and already came up with a back up plan in case things don’t clear up
