There happened to be no wait, luckily for me, and my service provider was very friendly, attentive, and had great communication throughout the entire experience, she made me feel like she understood my issues and offered good feedback and suggestions

My score is everything to do with my practitioner. Re: question #7 : I got what I needed out of the appointment, but I'm not sure how busy it usually is ... allowing providers to take enough time with their patients is key to getting them the care they need and key to creating repeat customers. I have already told people about this clinic because of the provider and the fact that she had the time to help me and truly cared to.

The person that took care of me, The Provider, is an extremely knowledgeable and professional individual. In the past when I've been seen by other NP's or PA's, I've always followed up with my internist. In this case however, I see no need. I have complete confidence in the treatment and recommendations of Providergold.

The nurse that we saw is incredible. She was patient, very knowledgeable and gave thorough explanations. The Provider talked to my son about his condition and made sure he understood why things were happening and the best treatment approach. If she were at a doctor's office, I would request her every time. CVS is extremely fortunate to have her!
