The CNP was so kind and patient with me when he explained the process and showed me how to use the computer. I was lucky enough to get an appointment 5 minutes from the time I walked in. Both the nurse and the CNP were very kind and patient with me. I appreciate them making me feel comfortable at a time when I was both sick and nervous about my test results."

"The woman who cared for me, [...], I believe is her name, really took her time with me and made me feel comfortable and well-cared for, However, it is very difficult to get hold of anyone at the Minute Clinic or return their phone calls. When you call the number back that is displayed on your phone, you are connected to the pharmacy and get an elongated automated menu that takes you in circles and oftentimes gets you nowhere. Otherwise, I am very pleased so far with the care and overall operation of the Minute Clinic!"

"I dont know what i would do without the minute clinic. it is so hard to get into my own doctors office when I need to and i was getting ready to travel for the holiday weekend. I had a bad eye infection and the practitioner gave me some prescription eye drops that helped along with some good advice about how to take care of the infection. she save my vacation!"

Very rude and disgusting attitude towards patients. No empathy what’s so ever. Was told I had to reschedule because I was 5 minutes late while she went to warm up food. I expressed my concerns for my health and tried to explain why I was a few minutes late due to having a phone interview and she closed the door in my face and locked it. Never will book at this location again.

"Handled with such care. Worried about a positive test and fears allayed. although I was positive even though I have been double vaccinated with booster, I wasnt dealt with like an outcast. Instead, it was as if it were a normal appointment and she asked me questions about other things and was so so pleasant. KEEP HER!!!!"
