The CNP was so kind and patient with me when he explained the process and showed me how to use the computer. I was lucky enough to get an appointment 5 minutes from the time I walked in. Both the nurse and the CNP were very kind and patient with me. I appreciate them making me feel comfortable at a time when I was both sick and nervous about my test results."

"The practitioner that saw us was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and courteous. She took the time to listen to us and did not make us feel rushed. As a side note, this is the first time in the last year we have been able to get an appointment at a Minute Clinic. Every other time we have tried to make an appointment at a Minute Clinic within 15 miles of our zip code within three days, no appointments have been available. This appointment was made the day after I tried to schedule it at the nearest CVS Minute Clinic to me. "
