The Provider did a wonderful job and assessing my health concerns and I appreciated her very professional and pleasant demeanor. She was very thorough with her assessment and I appreciated her taking the time with me.

Went in with pain in throat and ears. It was so bad that sleep wasn’t happening. No time was spent trying to figure out the cause—barely examined ears or throat and suggested it could be from “grinding teeth”

I scheduled a visit due to unavailability with my PCP. My appt was not a typical visit but the practitioner we saw was professional and understanding.

I do appreciate the services that nurse tech and CNP Shelby did that day. They made sure I was taking care of and what was the best for me. They suggested to get Flu, strep and Covid test. I came for an ear ache and signs of flu and breathing issues. I was negative of the all tests. And CNP Shelby checked my vitals and she heard some wheezing in my left lung. She was so concerned that it is a Pneunomia but since I have an asthma, she suggested and it’s up to me if I wanted to go to ER to make sure cause they don’t have X-ray machine to fully diagnose the Pneumonia. Or it’s still up to me not to go and she will prescribed me some Steroids. But she was very concern and she wanted me to get an X-ray to make sure my lungs were okay. And I did went that day right away after my visit to the ER although my X-ray was normal. I do appreciate her suggested to fully understand my health issues that day. My asthma flared up and also the contribution of the allergies and also the ear infection.

The Provider was amazing and kind. She treated me with respect. She explained everything and asked me questions without judgement. She was gentle and completed all the testing I requested. She called me timely with my lab results. And advised me of the treatment I would need. She is an amazing provider.

My visit to Minute Clinic was excellent. Started right on time. I was examined and interviewed, diagnosed and prescribed medication and treatment quickly. The interview and diagnosis were spot on. Wished I had gone a week earlier. Could not have been more pleased with the entire process.

The doctor tried to prescribe me something that I told her I didn’t want, and I told her what my doctor normally gives me who I couldn’t get into which was clindamycin. She said she didn’t wanna have to jump through all the hoops to have to get that for me so she gave me something different, which caused me to have to go back to the doctor today my actual doctor to get what I needed which was clindamycin for an ear infection. She also said I only had one ear infection. Turns out I had a double ear infection.

Convenient to make a same-day appointment = no waiting in the lobby or for my regular doctor's availability; nurse and nurse practitioner listened and addressed my concerns. Convenient to pick up my Rx while at the store

Came in for a strep test. My daughter said her throat was bothering her. We had to wait almost an hour past our scheduled appt time to even be seen. Providerrep was negative. all her stats were completely normal, Blood pressure, heart rate, pulse ox. Nurse practitioner check her lungs and said she sounded “horrible” and possibly had pneumonia and we needed to go directly to the ER. I take her to the er because of the nurse practitioner’s advice even though her stats were normal and she was acting fine other than the sore throat we came in for. The doctor examined her and said her lungs were perfectly clear. No issues at all. Did not need any medication for anything. We wasted hours of our time and money.
