Both of the women I talked to were professional but kind and helpful. They suggested I wear a mask until they were sure I didn’t have COVID or the flu. They were efficient and gentle.

I did not have to wait long. I was asking appropriate questions and given very good advice.
I made an appointment and I will say I probably will not do that again, as it seemed that perhaps walk-ins took precedence. Not that I was there way, way long, but my time with the provider went into her scheduled break, which I felt bad about.
Wait time was minimal. Staff were professional, yet friendly and efficient, and listened to my concerns/symptoms to determine the best treatment option.

It was super straightforward to schedule a visit and then show up to be seen. My nurse practitioner The Provider was awesome, she listened to the issue I was having, she took notes and immediately went into action for treatment. She was great at answering questions and giving advice on next steps. It was a very good visit, in and out quickly.
