I was seen super quickly by a qualified nurse practitioner who was able to look at my wound and correctly diagnose it. She was clear, kind and patient, prescribed the medication I needed and the cost was reasonable. Much better experience than the mechanized industrial systems at UH and cleveland Clinic, which are the only other options near me.
The medical provider was very knowledgeable and caring.
