Very easy and efficient scheduling and check-in.

The Provider, the PA was very nice BUT even though I asked her for a certain antibiotic (amoxicillin) which had been given me in the past and had worked for the usual bacteria I had with other UTI's, she had to follow "protocol" and either give me macrobid or bactrim. I had a problem with the effectiveness of macrobid so I reluctantly chose the bactrim. An hour after I took the first bactrim, I developed a blinding headache and light sensitivity and severe nausea. I stuck with it and took the 2nd one at 11 pm that night. During the night the pain got worse and I could not sleep and was effectively useless lying in a dark room. This was an issue in that my husband at this time is using a walker with a spacer in his knee and cannot function on his own. I got a nurse for the day and about 11:30 that day the symptoms started to go away. This was a definite clue that the symptoms were caused by the medicine/sulfa drug. I left a msg for The Provider that the bactrim had to be stopped and she needed to prescribe a different drug - amoxicillin perhaps that I had asked for first!!! I NEVER HEARD BACK. This is disgraceful. So now I have a UTI with medicine that is making me sicker than the UTI all because she would not listen to the patient. I had to stop the medicine after the first 2 pills.
The Provider tended to me quickly after I signed in. She went through symptom history, examined me, explained what she thought and prescribed after chatting with me on past medication experiences. Med was ordered and pharmacy filled order quickly (it was upper respiratory infection so med was readily available).
Physician was professional and courteous. She was very thorough, patient and answered all of my questions.
