"I knew that I needed antibiotics. I simply had a cold that I was concerned had turned to bronchitis. I didnt the practioner that just in case I was wrong. She took time and asked me questions I had not asked myself and they were all on topic and fit together nicely. I never felt looked down on or that I was unimportant. I would rather have this experience than any NPs office that Ive been to."

"The nurse was very nice, informed, knowledgeable and listened to all my concerns. I went to be tested for the flu, but I had another known issue in a field that she had previously worked. She shared some very helpful information with me about that, and then, when I tested negative for the flu, she gave me a flu shot. Very nice experience."
