The nurse I had was very nice
The NP was very friendly. Made me feel comfortable. Answered my questions and resolved my problem.
I was feeling really bad and decided to make an appt and glad I did. Found out I had a Upper Respiratory Infection along with pink eye. I was given the right meds that seem to be working.
Providerla was the complete professional: prompt, thorough, compassionate and diagnosed my issue quickly.
The provider I saw, The Provider NP, was absolutely phenomenal. She really took the time to listen to me and didn’t just brush off my symptoms because my test results were negative. I haven’t had a provider review discharge paperwork with me in a very long time and she actually went through each page and described each medication she was prescribing and why. She was truly a wonderful healthcare provider and in the world we are in now where it seems like you are just rushed in and out and treated as a number, it was a breath of fresh air.
