I visited the MinuteClinic for a TB test. For my first visit, I arrived 10 minutes early and the clinic was running late on their appointments. I waited approximately 30 minutes to be seen. The second visit, to have the test read, was much faster and someone came out to tell me I would be seen in a few minutes.
Service was great, staff was very friendly.
The expertise and personal knowledge shared made me feel sure that the information I was receiving was the true and accurate information that I needed to fix my problems!
Pleasant and professional!
Not much interaction from nurse she just drew blood and handed results no discussion on results or how to improve them.
Overall experience was great! Check in at the minute clinic was worthless, the Nurse Practitioners were professional and knowledgeable. After my visit with the minute clinic went over to the pharmacy their customer service was fantastic also.
I was ill. Making the appointment was simple. My appt was on time by friendly staff. I received the prescription I needed to start to feel better. Being in the drug store I was able to get the script filled quickly. Great service!
Wait time is a longer then I expected.
The nurse did not do my prescription correctly so I did not get a very needed antibiotic prescription.
