I was at CVS for an ear cleaning in preparation for a hearing test. That was done and since the attending medical practitioner was so personable, I asked if she would look at the severe reaction I had from an oak mite bite. My hand and fingers were very swollen, fiery hot, red and was progressing toward my arm. All previous bites had taken over a week to subside with much misery and lose of sleep. She wrote me a prescription for prednisome and an antibiotic. Within 24 hours I was getting a good night's sleep. Thank you to that kind and "willing-to-listen" PA. And thank you to CVS for the Minute Clinic.
My appointment was good.
Service was friendly, professional, efficient. I was surprised at how many services were provided and was pleased that Medicare was accepted. It was convenient to be able to fill a prescription and get a vaccination in the same place as receiving a checkup.

The nurse in the clinic was extremely helpful and explained everything that was happening. My grandson was at ease and not nervous. Thank you for a calm experience and he is starting to feel better.
