We had a very good experience at CVS with our PA, she explained everything and was very professional and kind to my elderly husband
Everything was handled in the upmost manner of professionalism and accuracy. I was in and out (without an appointment) in a timely manner ! The two prescriptions were filled immediately! I will utilize this service again if needed ! The practitioner was great !

I was pleased with my visit, it went well and quickly. I was told both my ears were clear of wax. The check took about 20 seconds. Then when I read my visit summary it stated that I had wax in both ears and was given a prescription, neither of which was true. I reported it and after being on hold a VERY LONG time I was told I would be contacted in the next 24 -48 hours. That did not happen. I did get another email and checked to see if my visit summary was changed. It was not. I think this fraud!!!
I appreciate having a minute clinic in the community, especially when it’s open on the weekends when u can’t get to your primary doctor

We had an appointment at 2:40 we did not get seen until almost 3:30. There was only 1 NP and the amount of people waiting was more than what any person could handle. She told us that CVS has a new system that doesn't limit the number of appointments therefore the staff gets backed up and the appointment time is pretty much meaningless.
