Great for testing like flu a&b and strep throat too. They were out of COVID tests so I could be COVID positive. Be advised they are very limited as to what the nurse practitioner 's can prescribe. That is antibiotics and NO Prescription cough medication. So now I have augmentin for a week but I still need to see a doctor to address my other problems the nurse practitioner couldn't handle.

"I was so happy to be in and out quickly- that was my main concern! However they did find another problem- one that I didnt go in for- that could have been dangerous. They even called the next day to be sure I followed up with my own practitioner. I will always use Minute Clinic over Urgent Care!"

As a previous MC provider, the reputation of the provider in the clinic determines the reputation of the clinic. The primary provider, [...], has little respect from the staff in the store and Pharmacy. Her attitude toward patients is poor. I overheard her berating an elderly patient in the waiting area for being late for an appointment when no one else was waiting. I waited until this provider was not scheduled in the clinic for my vaccine visit I understand that one of the older providers will be making Waynesville her home clinic. I hope and pray that this will help with the clinics reputation.

"I was unable to get a same day appointment with my doctor for an urgent care issue. I was able to get an appointment at the Minute Clinic. The care was thorough and the practitioners were kind. If I ever am in the same situation I would not hesitate to return to the Minute Clinic!"

[...] was wonderful and informative. She efficiently provided the vaccine I scheduled the appointment for, but she also went the extra mile to answer my questions about my past immunization record. She even provided a paper copy of my immunization record. She was great!
