I was a walk-in, and the NP had a scheduled person that might have cut the time she had to do what I needed (ear wax removal due to blocked ears)--but it went quickly and she was able to finish in time. She was most helpful and kind and in future I will definitely consider the Minute Clinic when getting an appt at my primary is not an option.
