Appointment availability, wait time, provider was pleasant
Convenience
The service is always fast and the people that work there are great.. Been using the clinic for 5 or more years now..
The doctor or tech was absolutely lovely. However I think that as a medical option with non insurance support your pricing should be significantly more transparent.
It was easy, fast, and it was such a nice nurse taking care of me
Typically my monthly visits are without issue. This month however it took 3 tries to get a B12 injection because the person on duty at the clinic could not find my Dr authorized prescription to get this injection. I had to have my daughter get involved who lives 300 miles away to get to a solution in order for me to get my shot which I’ve been doing without issue for a couple years. It took repeated calls to the pharmacy within this CVS to my Dr who authorized my shots and to the CVS Minute Clinic main ph # to get to a resolution for me to get this injection. It appears that the person staffing the clinic on my first and second attempt could not locate within my records the authorization though my Dr had sent authorization so I was declined a shot until my 3rd attempt. A different person was staffing the Clinic that day and I got my shot without issue. If this is a matter of training staff to locate authorizations then something should be done to assure everyone who staffs any clinic knows how to use the computer system and locate faxes if authorizations are faxed to a location. I’m 93. I should not have had to drive myself to this clinic three days in a row to get this injection. I get this injection at this Minute Clinic as a matter of convenience as it is a 10 minute drive to the clinic versus a 30+ minutes or more drive in heavy traffic to my Drs office.
I came in with extreme pain from an ear infection. I felt that she was knowledgeable but I asked for something to help with the pain and made it clear I was NOT looking for a narcotic. I told her the rotation of Tylenol and ibuprofen wasn’t helping. She just said the steroid ear drops would help. They didn’t. I ended up going to be seen in an urgent care the next day after no reprieve. My ear infection had turned into mastoiditis. They had to put me on a steroid, an IV antibiotic, and gave me toradol shot for the pain. I understand that she was probably starting with the standard treatment of care, but I didn’t feel like my concerns of pain were taken seriously. I believe she could only do so much per company policy to prescribe anything for pain, but I feel like that should have been stated. I found out later on through the Telehealth visit I had through CVS.
Prompt, nice, knowledgeable
Very professional and explained everything to me about my flu shot.

This is a monthly visit for a B12 injection as required by primary care physician. When the clinic is open this happens smoothly but in Jan and Feb I had appts cancelled at the very last minutes or I could not find the clinic open when I visited for this reason. Whatever the issue is if it is staffing please get this fixed. I rely on this location for this. I’m 93.5 yrs old and haven’t drive myself to get these shots. When no one is there to staff the clinic or my appts get canceled without explanation it puts me in a disadvantage immediately. I would have to drive a half hour one way for this injection otherwise.
