Easy to schedule, quick appointment
The check in computer wasn’t working. We had to wait another hour plus because of lunch hour.
The nurse was professional and very pleasant to communication with. She explained everything she was doing and proceeded in a timely manner.
I booked my appointment online for 12:30 and wasn’t seen until 1:00 pm. I came in for a TB Test and left at 1:03 pm. The physician expressed that CVS was using a new system to book appointments which allows for double bookings, but only the people who are present are seen. I assume that is what caused my appointment to be pushed back half an hour.
Provider was professional and knowledgeable.
Dr The Provider was super in diagnosing my jaw pain. I went in thinking it was an ear infection. She is super calm & knowledgeable.
The practitioner was very thorough. I felt she had my best interests in mind as she diagnosed and prescribed my course of action.
