The NP, The Provider, was very friendly and professional. She listened to my symptoms and prescribed prescriptions to address them. Unfortunately, my prescriptions order was sent to the CVS in Pensacola where I had previously lived. This caused a good bit of confusion for the pharmacy staff, and delayed my ability to access my meds. The Pharmacy staff was very friendly and apologetic.
I didn’t feel that the practitioner was very thorough. I read the after visit summary and there were things listed on there that she didn’t even check. as far as I could tell, she didn’t even look at my urine sample, she set it to the side. It has been almost a week and I have yet to see the test results from the urine culture. I’m wondering if it was ever submitted. I just stopped taking the antibiotic yesterday and I just hope it was the right one since the urine culture never came back.
The nurse was caring and courteous.
The people were helpful and good. It just took a while since we didn't have an appointment and it was a busy morning.
The Provider was absolutely wonderful. She listened to my concerns, reassured me, and made the whole experience lovely. I had very little wait time, and it was easy scheduling a visit online.

My experience was good.
