I came in for an ear infection, I was in severe pain. The provider I saw said nothing was wrong with my ear. She typed some notes and then told me I was done and could take ibuprofen. I told her its impossible that nothing is wrong with my ear - her response was, "If you don't like what I've told you, you can go to the ER." I had to pay the $40 copay and then went to the ER. The doctor at the hospital told me I had an ear infection in BOTH ears and prescribed an antibiotic. I paid $40 to the Minute Clinic for nothing and will now have an ER bill for an ear infection.
She made the mention I was just on an Antibiotic 2 months ago , I really didn’t need 1 now , If I wasn’t sick enough to be there , I wouldn’t have come in
