My appt started on time. Practitioner listened to my concerns and helped with a solution.
Provider was thorough and asked questions and acknowledged symptoms

I have never had any problems with this clinic. I had about a 10 minute wait but compared to the doctors office that’s not bad at all. Nurse practitioner was very professional and pleasant.
The NP was very rude. She rolled her eyes at my daughter and me several times during our appointment. She was unhappy that I had given my daughter The Provider to handle the symptoms of a UTI so she could go to school for an important presentation before we could go to the appointment. She huffed and puffed when my daughter brought back the urine sample and said it was pointless to test it since she had taken The Provider. Granted the sample was completely red with blood instead of the orange that The Provider turns urine. She did give us a prescription for an antibiotic but the attitude was very unnecessary. Our previous experience with a different provider at this clinic was amazing but this one was not pleasant at all.
We have seen this practitioner before and she is always amazing!’
