The NP that was working needs to be re trained. I ended be charged 100 dollars for a preventative service that is supposed to be free. I called my insurance and they instructed me to stop going to CVS mini clinic because billing is becoming an issue with this company.
Terrible experience. The provider was more concerned about not having me incur any costs than actually treating me. I appreciate the concern for the cost of my visit, but I made very clear that that was not an issue. In the end, I needed to seek treatment elsewhere where I was diagnosed with an infection that the provider missed.
DR WAS MOST PLEASANT...VERY CARING. SHE UNDERSTOOD MY CONCERNS AND THORProviderGHLY CHECKED ME OVER. I WAS GRATEFUL FOR HER HELP. CVS HAS A GREAT EMPLOYEE!!
The Previous Client was late and I had to wait for my appointment instead of them. I had to do a urine test and the bathroom had not been cleaned from the days before. There was trash all over and the floor was filthy.
Lovely nurse practitioner who was warm, caring and supportive. Love this clinic.

Scheduling online was a difficult process as there was some confusion between an appointment and a waiting list appointment. My husband had difficulty with this and was disappointed and discouraged.

2 things: waiting area was noisy because another patient was talking in her speaker phone (don’t know why or how that ignorance started with people). The other was the appointment requests you show up 10min early which I did and then I waited over 50min to be seen. 65min was excessive and annoying.
