Well, it was quick to make an appointment. The Nurse is extremely professional and kind. The farmacy is close to my daughter house. Little expensive for me , but is worth it I was very impressed with the attention she gave me. Thanks very much
I initially tried to walk in but The provider admitted that walk-ins have to wait for hours longer than the actual estimation time on the website. Thankfully there was an appointment open within 2 hours and so I just use that spot. I think they should get rid of walk-ins or at least add a caveat that there's no time expectation to be seen
Appointment was quick and easy. Nurse practitioner was friendly and helpful.
I received a TB test which injects and leaves a puncture. I was given a piece of gauze. When she said we were done I asked, "no bandaid"? She said I should be fine. I walked around CVS shopping and noticed I had blood dripping. It should be standard to put a bandaid on, especially after i asked about it.
The provider was great. However, she was the only one there that day, and several people and families walked in for appointments. Since there were not enough seats for everyone, people were standing in the Minute Clinic area waiting for their appointment. I applaud the provider for keeping things going and remaining cool and calm during such a distressing time frame. It was 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment to get an STI test done. I think if there had been another staff member there, it wouldn't have taken as long. Also, there is no public restroom.
Everything including prescribed meds.
Really bad experience. The doctor was nice enough, but short with me and swabbed my mouth very roughly. The worst part is that one of the tests (which she swabbed me for) was sent in an expired container, so I'll never even get results. I appreciate the MinuteClinic doctor who followed up later and helped me get some resolution, but overall horrible experience.
I had a awesome experience with my provider The Provider, she is very personable friendly and professional. I chatted with her so long I didn't even realize my appointment was over. I will be going back for any other 'minute clinic' just because of The Provider and her great attitude.
Fantastic clinician. Helpful, friendly, empathetic, and experienced. Got us squared away ASAP, professional, overall lovely to work with.

I came to the clinic as a drop in. The NP was very accommodating even though she had a full schedule. She was professional, respectful, and thorough, but also a had good sense of humor. She's someone I'd come back to see in the future. Definitely some one you want to keep on your staff!
