When my husband and I arrived, several people were on the scheduled waiting list. However, the actual visit with Providerle [...] went smoothly. He didn't rush us, and he provided good information about our Shingles vaccines.
Everyone was lovely to work with. Genuinely caring and listening.
the ease of making the appointment, didn't need to wait too long. The nurse and doctor were excellent. this was my second time coming to the clinic, I would recommend the clinic in place of a 24 hour due to the long wait.
The nurse and doctor were thorough and helpful. I was prescribed medication that is already helping with my illness.

Someone cancelled my appointment requiring me to waste a significant amount of time to reregister. The woman doing my intake demanded personal identity information about my husband or she would refuse to treat me. I gave her my driver’s license and my insurance card, but she rudely and incorrectly insisted she needed my husband’s info as well. She was wrong, and could not figure out why she couldn’t find my husband in the insurance databank. Only when she sought help was she able to complete the process. Turns out she did NOT need my husband’s info when she had my insurance card and ID. Staff could not print copy listing medical procedure that I requested. I cannot access my account without a text to my phone number. I want to receive access codes to my email, not my phone. This is a system issue that should be rectified IMMEDIATELY.
