MinuteClinic® Inside CVS Pharmacy® at 14391 Chantilly Crossing Ln, Chantilly, Virginia 20151
A short distance away from Cain Branch Stream Valley Park is a first-class Target. You can find it at the intersection of Chantilly Crossing Lane and Penrose Place. Once inside, you will find everything you have come to expect from Target, including a full-service CVS Pharmacy®. You can actually do much more at our pharmacy than pick up prescriptions. In the back, you will find our MinuteClinic®, where you can have one of our family nurse practitioners examine your symptoms and write you a treatment plan, so you can feel better soon.
Vaccinations are a popular service
There are many reasons to visit our MinuteClinic®. One reason many Virginian families stop by is to get vaccinated. We provide flu shots during the end of the year. However, we also administer essential immunizations children need to go to school. Many diseases can be prevented with routine shots, including:
- Hepatitis A
- Hepatitis B
- Whooping cough
Treatments available for injuries and illnesses
You may have been out for a hike at Ellanor C. Lawrence Park when you tripped and fell. Perhaps you got stung by a bee and do not know where else to go. While these types of injuries can be frightening, there is no reason for concern when you have a MinuteClinic® in town. Our team has the tools and training necessary to treat blisters, burns, joint pain and more.
Many people believe they can simply ignore certain symptoms and an illness will go away on its own. While that may be the case, you could feel off for several weeks. Instead of waiting and seeing what will happen, you should see our practitioners. As part of your visit, you may receive a prescription to help you overcome your illness. Some of the conditions our staff has helped treat in the past include strep throat, heartburn, ear infection, vomiting, pink eye and bronchitis.
Virtual Care services are available from your phone
When you need a practitioner’s advice in the middle of the night, you can turn to our Virtual Care service. You can request a visit after signing into your account. You need to pay a small visitation fee, and from there, you will be able to chat with a professional healthcare provider. You can talk about all the symptoms you have been experiencing, and the practitioner will develop a treatment plan virtually. If you need a prescription, then it will be sent to your nearest pharmacy to pick up at your convenience.
Most insurance plans are accepted
Whether you get health insurance through Aetna, Anthem or CareFirst, your plan will most likely be welcome here. Look online to doublecheck or contact your health insurance provider just to be sure. Any out-of-pocket costs you still have can be paid via cash or credit card.
