"Had 2 appointments, and the time wasn’t honored. Other visitors were taken ahead of us, forcing us to wait an additional 30 minutes. When practitioner was defensive about timing, I pushed back respectfully and explained the timing and how long we waited. She offered no apology, nor took ownership of the situation. It was frustrating to say the least."
