My daughter is 14 and I am unable to access her records on the website. Someone left a message on Thursday without lab results shared. I left 3 messages with the number indicated and never received a call back. I had to go and sit and wait to get a doctor to talk to me in between patients on Saturday evening

Prompt, polite, professional
After picking up some prescriptions from CVS, I checked with Minute Clinic to see if I could get a titer for measles. This location was able to take my titer while I was there. Availability and timing while I was already in CVS are reason for my score.
Service was great provider and nurse were great I feel some equipment could use updated/replacing
The PA, The Provider was such a very nice person & extremely knowlegeable about my condition. He took the time to explain everything to me about what medicines he was prescribing for me & why. Truly an asset to CVS having him onboard! His nurse was also very nice. I hope they are both at CVS for a very long time. Thanks to both of these fabulous people!
