"This was the best experience I have ever had at a NPs office. Both people took time to explain things and I felt like a person not just a number. I would recommend this facility to any and everyone! Also while I was in the store I was greeted by [...] and they helped me find items I was looking for. The amount of personal care I got and personal help shopping made this the best store I ever have been to! "

[...] was great. Though probably I was one of her last appointments of the day, she was thorough, not rushed but taking her time so that she would make the right diagnosis. She was very nice and clearly cares for her patients.

"I was supposed to get two shots, the flu shot and a pneumococcal vaccine. I signed up for two shots on the Minute Clinic website, and I took a late lunch to get both shots at the same time. The lady gave me the flu shot, and then told me I had to make another appointment to get the pneumococcal vaccine. It would have taken two more minutes of her time to give me the second vaccine, but now I have to use up another lunch break to go back to get another shot. Except I wont be going back to Minute Clinic. Ill get it done somewhere else. "
