Only complaint is that the website would not allow me to reserve a slot. Since I only live 5 miles away, I drove in. The PA told me others were having the same problem and to take the first slot offered at the kiosk. It was 2.5 hours later so I just came back for my reserved time. The Provider was exceptional. Efficient, friendly, very caring. You have a gem. She also apologized for the scheduling malfunction. I have always had good experiences at this clinic and will continue to use it when I am unable to get to my regular doctors office.
I was able to schedule a same day appointment at a time that was convenient for my schedule. I was seen at my appointment time. Provider was professional and thorough.
The nurse practitioner was excellent - she took time to thoroughly understand my condition and provided great post-visit guidance on my wound care. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking care.

The Provider
The minute clinic was great because it provided an alternative when my provider had no available appointments, but the wait time was extremely long. I wasn't seen until 40 min after my scheduled appointment time.
Providerren was very professional and helpful. She had great "bedside manners".
Appointment was half hour late. Did not have Moderna COVID booster
Physician didn’t think I was sick enough or had an infection that required antibiotics or prescribed medication. Since, my condition has worsened and now I’m wheezing when I breathe. Need to revisit the Dr but I’m out of town.

Unlike regular hospital, i feel very comfortable visiting community clinic. The environment is very familiar and the doctor is very kind and friendly.
