Provider declined to treat indicating that I required an x-Ray. I went next to a facility that provides x-rays but was told I did not need one and was treated. I also had to wait over an hour despinte having an appointment and signing in promptly.
Nurse was rude. She kept telling me my insurance was not active. I proved her wrong multiple occasions and she complained my insurance card was not scanning and it was gonna cause her to do everything manually. That took her forever and she rushed through my observation. She offered nothing of value to me and told me to buy meds and rushed me out. It was a waste of time and she wanted nothing to do with my appointment. She told me if I still feel sick I should just go to my primary care doctor and not a minute clinic.
Scheduled appointment and was not seen until 40 minutes after appointment time. No communication on delay. If you schedule that many appointments on same day you should have enough practitioners to offer the service.
The doctor did a thorough exam and spent a lot of time with us.
The practitioner that saw me was efficient and caring!
