Went to the minute clinic with acute bronchitis. Had cough, fever etc. I have a history of sarcoidosis with markedly decreased lung function. Was told antibiotic was not indicated despite my high risk status. Had to call pulmonologist who agreed I should not delay starting antibiotic since I had already been sick for 5 days and was getting worse. Total waste of my time when I was feeling so poorly!!

Unable to setup online account. Too many hopes to setup account, web browser gets stuck in a loop loading the same page over and over. The in-store kiosk was cumbersome & pain to use.

Making an appointment is great. The walk-in system needs work to improve wait times. People walking in should be told a real wait time that the new system isn't providing. It's overbooking people and not allowing for a good experience. Also makes the practitioner have to rush if there's too many walk-ins. Please fix your walk-in process or use the old where walk-ins "schedule" themselves.

Wonderful processional care

Everything was very easy and went quickly. I will say that signing up from a computer at home was a little confusing as it was having me check in while filing out the form for an appointment 45 minutes later saying someone would come to get me. On top of that there was no button to hit that said check in.

The PA at minute clinic who took my vitals? I was very attentive and listened thoroughly to my symptoms. He tested me for flu and covid. I was surprised by the positive covid result. Because of other tests done following my visit, Im not certain of the test accuracy

I went in for a respiratory infection/cough. The provider was prompt professional added a little humor and efficient getting me in and out quickly. He asked a lot of questions to try to decipher what the biggest concern was and included me in on the treatment plan.

I really like cvs minute clinic it is very fast and also The Provider who is the medical personnel that I see always gives me correct medical information and explains what I am going through with my condition. I always encourage him to pursue a medical doctor because he always explains to me the medical facts that I need at the time. Thank You CVS for putting such a caring, person for people like me when I am sick . Thanks
