It was super easy to schedule an appointment. The provider was so great with my daughter and we had a great experience.

The service was wonderful from the lady that helped me. The only reason I gave a 9 instead of a 10 is because I had an appointment at 12:20 and wasn't taken back until 1:00. I don't think it was her fault that she was behind. The appointments are spread apart by 20 minutes and she took about 30 minutes with the 2 customers before and the same amount of time with me. Based on the service, which was excellent, I think the timing of appointments needs to be a minimum of 30 minutes to set real expectations for patients.
