I am currently waiting on a second appointment due to NP missed my Childs ear infection. I tried to call and have the NP call me back at 9:00am and was told they marked it priority so it will alert them. It is 6:22pm I called the line again and that operator attempted to call because she could see no one has opened this "priority message" as of yet and of course could ot get an answer so she just sent a follow up message. Since she hasn't read the first one I decided to schedule a virtual since I don't trust her judgement so I have to pay another co-pay to get my child cared for.
The Provider was superb in asking me about my symptoms and how I was feeling. My husband made me go and I still thought I didn't need some help to get better. The get better plan required some medication and after even one day I found some relief. During my time with her, even though my mental confusion I felt like I was getting the best care. I am so impressed.
Very comfortable she understood everything
Everyone is always very pleasant, very informative and always willing to answer any questions you have.
I drove 45 minutes to arrive 1 hour 15 min. before the Sunday 4:30 pm close time. No customers were visible. I tried to log into your appointment portal, and it let me get to the select appointment time (stated there were no appointments available today please select a time tomorrow)! I spoke to reps at pharmacy and they told me they are not connected to Minute Clinic, look at the Minute Clinic door sign. Sign was Appointment in progress or something like that, Still no customers visible. Went over to pharmacy they said just wait. I sat there for 15 minutes, the door to Minute Clinic opens and the Nurse was adjusting the chair paper but NO-ONE was in the room and there is no other way out that I could see. She asks me to use the Portal, told her it was not working, said try it again. Same issue, she came over and tried, same issue I could'nt make an appointment! She types some of my info in takes my Bluecross card and it didn't work?? Asked me for my Medicare Card she read it though the machine. No other customers ever came. Checked me for Covid - No, then said you have the FLU ! (I already had a Flu shot...guess that didn't work) told me to just take counter med I had at home. Drove 45 minutes home!
Got a same day appointment after waking with an ear infection. A young lady named The Provider was my practitioner. She was wonderful! I was given a prescription that was ready 5 minutes after leaving the Minute Clinic at CVS. A couple of days later I was good as gold! Thank You The Provider!
Always friendly staff and sincere as when I go I am not feeling well
Charged me for a dot physical $150 and an additional $175 for prescription , no additional time needed as this was during my Dot physical! and then I paid $30 for ear drops! Commission based!
Very professional and attentive to my needs.

The appointment was quick and easy. I was especially impressed by the cleanliness of the office, it was top notch. The results of my test came back quickly enough to receive them from the practitioner and she did a good job of explaining the diagnosis and recommended treatment. I appreciated the notification about CVS starting to get into primary care and will consider it when it comes online. Only two downsides - 1) I wasn't expecting them to ask me about getting vaccines during a sickness appointment, that didn't seem like the appropriate time to ask about completely unrelated vaccines. 2) The co-pay was a little steep, I understand some of that is on the insurance company, but you may get more people through the doors if you drop the co-pay by a few dollars.
