I waited an hour for my appointment. The nurse on duty seemed to need extra support. I didn’t get a clear diagnosis and had to look in my paper work for what I actually had. I’m still questioning if I’m being treated with the correct medication.
If labs are closed or people aren't able to submit bloodwork, please notify people.
I work in Healthcare, and I have utilized the services of MiinuteClinic since it's opening. I believe that it is a great concept, to have urgent care needs and the pharmacy present together. Maybe adding more health screening to the services could help.

My care giver was professional, courteous and safety oriented. He adjusted the temperature in the room to a comfortable level. I was there for a vaccine and his administration of the injection was painless. Overall good experience.
