The Provider was wonderful kind and very helpful in making sure that I understood what was needed and that I had everything I needed!
The clinic had been closed for a while and they were not ready for is. We had to wait an hour. The NP was very good at administering the shot.
The Provider was wonderful. She was skilled, detailed, and had a wonderful personality
Making an appointment online was easy. Getting seen was easy. The nurse I saw was awesome. I was pleased with the outcome. The only glitch was demanding a credit card be put on file and allow CVS to use it before you were ever seen - thus preventing being able to check in that you are in the store and waiting. Some people dont have cards, a lot of people are also not going to put that information in at that point. I did not, but, was there when the nurse came out so I could tell her when my appt was.
1) I could not make an appointment online although the website gives that impression. 2) when I arrived in the "clinic", I saw the touchscreen and proceeded to follow the instructions but got stuck twice because a message popped up at the bottom of the screen, preventing me from going to the next page. This happened twice! There was nobody to ask for assistance. 3) the "clinic" looks like it's a temporary clinic because there is no partioning separating it from the CVS. It looks like a corner with chairs in it really. The service provided by the clinician was fine but until I saw her, everything about the experience was poor.
Great service! Thoughtful nurse practitioner who was kind and supportive. Efficient and fast.
Minute Clinic is an easy, quick solution for simple health needs and the practitioner I saw was excellent.
The NP was very thorough. She was easy to talk to and knowledgeable.
The practitioner was very knowledgeable, patient and kind in tending to my concerns.

You’ve “optimized” so hard you’ve forgotten about humanity. This was genuinely the most dehumanizing experience I’ve ever had pursuing healthcare. The actual provider was lovely and accommodating, but this system is set up apparently by and for robots. The check in console glitched, wouldn’t let me select one of the available appointment options, and there was no one to ask for help. The phone number I had to hunt down online also glitched, kept repeating itself, and would not connect me to a human being. The provider had to leave the appointment that was in progress because she heard me saying “private” to the phone system in an increasingly loud voice when it glitched on the insurance question. She is the only reason I didn’t cancel the appointment and leave for good. Your r on multiple layers of technology instead of hiring one person to talk to patients is a stupid system that does not do its job, unless its job is to dissuade people from using your clinics. The point of a system is, after all, what it does. And after all that there’s no way in hell I’d give anyone on your team permission to use my face and/or voice in any way, shape, or form. Does anyone actually watch those, or is it just summarized by ai?
