My partner and I had been in contact with my granddaughter who had strep throat. We came to the minute clinic to be tested for strep throat. The Provider, the practitioner, was very thorough not only testing us for strep throat but also checking our vital signs and ears, throat, and lungs. She was very kind, efficient and professional.
Excellent customer service.

There was a bit of confusion in the beginning, once we figured out that out everything went very smooth and quickly. The provider was friendly!
I have a primary Dr but wasn’t able to visit because of ice in the parking lot. The Dr didn’t ask for my primary’s name to share my results and if he had it, he didn’t let me know. The results were a little too advanced for me to understand. I forwarded it to my doctor. I’m receiving too many of the same emails.
It was very easy to schedule an appointment and appreciated the reminders as my appointment was later in the day. I was immediately seen upon check in. Quick and Easy.
