My provider was so friendly and patient and helpful throughout the entire process!
I’m highly pleased with the service, from the walk in option, booking my appointment, didn’t have to wait long to be attended by the nurse practitioner.
From making the appointment to having our vaccinations, the process was easy and well worth it. The clinician was prepared and had a wonderful cheerful professional demeanor.
Making appointments online was difficult kept sending me to the pharmacy, kiosk was not working but staff were very helpful and resolved the issues in time
The NP was very sweet and helped me with getting the things I need.
The website didn’t provide the cost for TB test for a child. At the visit, the NP didn’t explain the cost either. She didn’t provide any service to the child and didn’t explain that we would be charged for a referral to LabCorp. We felt forced into paying for a referral to Labcorp that we didn’t agree to.
We had an appointment and walked in, checked in, and was called back almost immediately. We were in & out in less than 20 minutes.
