As a walk-in, I was seen in less than an hour. The practitioner was professional, courteous, and listened intently to the symptoms I was experiencing. My examination was very thorough and helpful.

It was easy to make an appointment at a location close to me during a time that worked for me. My appointment was the next day, something that would never happen with my primary physician!

It took me almost 2hours to get my first B 12 shot yesterday. My doctor sent the script to cvs so I could go to the minute clinic and get my shot. When I got there to get my shot, the pharmacist handed me the vials. The minute clinic was happy to give me my injection, but only with their stick. They would not use what the pharmacy sold me. Long story short, I was able to return the pharmacy’s B 12 and the NP gave me my shot from her stock. The pharmacist was not helpful. The intake person at the minute clinic was not helpful. But the NP, The Provider, arranged to return the meds and got the order from the pharmacy so I would not have the same runaround when I go back next week. The Provider listened and helped. If it were not impossible to phone in with questions, I would have been able to manage my expectations better. Thank goodness for The Provider.

I appreciate the fact you are there. With that being said, I had to still contact my primary care to get cough medicine that works for me. I was told they can not prescribe Guaifen-codeine. Had I known that before hand, I would have made an appointment with my primary care. Since being there, I had to contact them and they changed the antibotic also. Said a Z pak will not knock out the sinus infection and chest congestion, they changed it to Doxycycline.

Provider was personal and very thorough and most knowledgeable.

Provider and [...] made me feel at home in a doctor's office. Both were able to answer all questions asked to better understand my diagnosis. Anytime I don't feel well I immediately make an appointment at this Minute Clinic. Keep up the good work ladies!
