After trying another medical office that was supposed to be open, I took my chances at the CVS Minute Clinic. When I arrived, the computer said no availability for appointments. I was desperate, but the tech helped me set up an appointment on the computer. Within.10 minutes I was called in by the tech for an appointment. I then met the nurse practitioner who treated me. I was so relieved that on.a weekend that I could be treated. I got my prescriptions filled at the CVS and was on my way home.

I was there without an appointment at 12:45 and no other patients were there.None! Doctor there said she couldn’t take me because she goes to lunch at 1:00. All I needed was a one time refill as I was out of town and forgot my blood thinner and explainer that to her. She said I had to go and come back at 2:50. I had my three little grandkids with me and lived 27 mins away. When I went back at 2:50 a different doctor took me right away and I was in and out in no time at all! She was great!!! That’s why the “8” was given instead of a zero. Would have given a 10 for the second doctor.

I had a 8:40 appointment. I was ask to show up 10 minutes before my appointment, which I did. There was no one there until 8:50. To ask people to show up 10 minutes early for the first appointment of the day and then wait over 20 minutes to be seen I felt was unprofessional. The person was professional and thorough and did a excellent job.

I felt ill during the night and was able to log on and get an appointment the next morning. The nurse was very helpful and quickly determined what was wrong and the antibiotic that I needed. I was in and out in 45 minutes with prescription in hand!

As a walk-in, I was seen in less than an hour. The practitioner was professional, courteous, and listened intently to the symptoms I was experiencing. My examination was very thorough and helpful.

It was easy to make an appointment at a location close to me during a time that worked for me. My appointment was the next day, something that would never happen with my primary physician!
