Wait time too long

Appointment was quick and easy. The Provider was caring and professional.

I made an appointment. I waited 1hr 15hrs for about a 5 minute screening. Why schedule appointments on the cvs app if the physician cant see everyone? I also arrived 15 minutes early, so I was waiting 1.5 hrs total, only about 10 minutes of that was intake and screening. Also intake was strange... I went in for a TB test for public school. It can be a test or screening. She told me I may or may be charged. Prices ranged up to $100 usd for test/screening. Then she asked me to fill out a health department form (which I've never done, I always bring in the school form). Started filling it out, then she told took the form a minute later saying I didnt need to. Whats the point of intake if they dont know if they can take my insurance/cost of appointment/understand proper forms to fill out? When I saw the physician, she was very professional. They were slammed, more appointments than usual, and they were helping a new practitioner (so I was told). She did a quick screening and I was on my way. Again, if they were slammed, why wasnt the CVS app updated to reflect this so I could come another time. This is the 3rd TB screening I've been to, first time I waited this long and this were so disjointed.

The provider was very thorough and tested me thoroughly providing me the results and re-testing to be confident results were correct. I was very happy with the provider and how easy it was to make an appointment

I was diagnosed with bronchitis but only received prescriptions for an inhaler and something for my cough. I thought I would be also getting an antibiotic to fight the infection. The notes I received made me think that antibiotics wouldn’t necessarily help because the reason I came in the first place was because I was coughing quite a bit. Should I have also gotten antibiotics?

Nurse Practitioner The Provider was amazing with her knowledge and professionalism. She got right to the point and advised what needed to be done now and in the future. A true Health Care Person that does her job extremely well.
